Totaled 2022 F250 Rebuild

Is the insurance company the truck owners or is it another party's insurance? Something seems a little bit off, maybe an adjuster was hoping to acquire a low mile slightly damaged truck? If another party's then maybe diminished value was being factored into loss.

 
It was his insurance, but the inspector at the dealer that did the quote is a neighbor. 

So who knows maybe the quote was high for a reason.

 
i bought a few of our work trucks back from the insurance they never branded the title as salvage
