This is very cool.  I wonder if this is just in the low wash spots or the whole length.

Last off season they smoothed out from 10 down to a bazillion.   It was super nice.  I assumed they were going to do from the 78 to wash 10 this off season.

Thats pretty deep down the road for me. I'll stay at Vendors Row thanks. Peace
i was just going to tell you while you were working on your driveway, someone else was working on your Glamis driveway

That is only going at the bottoms of the washes to prevent erosion from the flash floods

I'd like to see its effectiveness, maybe against smaller amounts of water it helps.

But most times you only see the Wash get flooded or stay dry. The lime in what they use etches and messes up your Trucks paint too :thwack:

Maybe I'm just cynical because the .gov likes to spend $ and self feed the machine for stuff we don't need.

Got to use up that budget as they say or you can't ask for that same amount next year..

What does all that cost vs a Tractor clearing the path only when its actually needed.

This will do nothing to knock down the dust or keep the poors from camping there.  I'd stay away if I was you.

I can't remember what wash they put it in last year or the year before because it worked.  I want to say it was W11 because that one gets pretty bad with the drop off shelf after a good flood.

While it is nice to have a road that doesn't rattle every screw loose, they need to figure out something to keep the A-holes top speed down the road under 55 while towing.  It is shocking to hear a spooled up diesel engine going past and look over and it is a truck towing a 40' 5th wheel faster then the RzR's making the ice cream run.
