What does Easter mean to you? Show pics of Easter celebrations, dinner tables and grandkids

Here’s 5 of my 13 grandkids coloring Easter eggs. We had a traditional Easter egg hunt with some money in the eggs. But each kid found a large golden egg that had nothing in it. When we asked what does that egg represent with nothing in it. We said it represents Jesus rising from the “ Empty Tomb”. He is Risen!

Means I have hope, that even though I ain't perfect....I'm forgiven...

This is the reason for our hope. Without the reaurection it all means nothing.

It means so many things....forgiveness, mercy and much, much more.
But, it definitely doesn't mean bunnies, or eggs.

I believe anything that points or teaches us to follow Jesus is appropriate, i agree with bunnies, rabbits dont even have eggs!
but the Christian tradition of hiding easter eggs and finding them to children, is faith building just like any sunday school primary class that teaches other ways to "seek and find" the Holy one of Isreal
