I've got to upgrade my paperwork system. We are a service company and write our work orders and have customers sign the paperwork. We need to UPGRADE. When UPS / FED EX etc.....delivers goods and you have to sign (with finger or their pen) the computer pad. All my trucks needs to switch to this system. Does anyone use this kind of system? And where do I shop to find such a TECH PRODUCT? As they say......don't let technology pass you by. Peace

Tablets and mobile printers.... wee fun....

Buy extras...just sayin.

I'm in insurance, we use HP officejet 200 printers and back with the dell laptops...the printers are really good, the dells, better than the lenovo's...just saying you shouldn't need the super hardened stuff, unless  your guys are gorillas and can break a brick.

I work for a fire alarm service company. We've been using Quickbooks and the add-on Quickbooks Field Service Management "Corrigo" since 2018. It does exactly what you're asking.

Client call comes in.
Dispatch creates Service Ticket.
Ticket assigned to technician.
Technician, Picks Up ticket, preforms work, client signs tablet/phone app that work is complete.
Ticket get completed, invoiced and billed.

All of our techs also have a multi-function mini printer/scanner. So reports can be printed/signed/scanned and attached to the ticket.

Google search is based off of your location.  Being your in Texas, us So cal and AZ peeps wont find it on the top of our search.

@Cheff, The best way to help you rank is to place your business in any and all online business directories.  Yellow pages, angies list, etc.  The more your company is listed online the better it will rank.
