I bought a new car, it is a Desert Dynamics prerunner about 3500 lbs estimate with 680 crank hp. What is the best psi on the 36 sand blasters to slide? The car doesn't have cut brakes.

I run 14-16 my car slides great but she is pretty wide

I run 20 in the rear. Bump up to 24-25 of the sand is wet. Definitely much better sliding / wheel spin with the higher PSI.

18 psi for me for dry sand and about 5-psi when wet. 101 wide 2900# approximate.

I run 15 - 16 Rear and 13-14 Front mosyt of the season unless it rained and the sand is wet - I like the slide !

I run 12-15 in rear, Do not like dents or bends in the front rims, I keep mine around 25-28lbs, when i ran them around 10 in the front, it would dent the rim over time,

Desert dynamics and slide typically doesn’t go together lol
Higher the psi usually will give you more slip and equal more slide
My SU I run at 10 rear and 8 front. Only ever use turning brake when I want to flip car around and into a wheelie = asking to break shit

I too have a desert dynamics prerunner but just over 400 to the wheels. I run 20 psi rear (36’s) and 18 front. I can slide it all over at that tire pressure with the right throttle application.
