4 year old toyhauler and the fuel station hose is cock stiff. In the past I have just ordered a hose from Tractor Supply but is there anything better than replacing every few years?

There are lots of options at different costs. i would remove it and take it to a hydraulic hose supply company. Eaton, Gates, Aeroquip etc all make great hose products that will provide many years of life in this type of use.

Edit to add, and you can get a length that is better suited for this use. I hate the short hose on mine and just never use it.

The toy tank is only 20 gal on my hauler. Its a waste of time and effort. Id have to use 5 gal jugs to fill it to use it. Might as well fill the toys with that jug.

Brother-In-Law worked at Pirtek on 40th & Roser, He made a replacement for me. The threads are pretty standard, and you just want to make sure the hose is rated for fuel wherever you do go.

Every season my hose is also hard and coiled up solid like a frozen rattlesnake. The nozzle also leaks. Once I run some fuel through the hose and nozzle, the hose becomes pliable, and the nozzle stops leaking…run some fuel through and see if anything changes. Ive got the same GPI hose and nozzle….
