Whatever side by side I buy I would like to be able to haul it with this 24' trailer. Online the pro r4 seater shows 76 and 1/2 in. The trailer is 76 and 3/4 in tall at the opening. Basically zero tolerance. With one person in it on stock tires will the things squat down just a little bit? I also imagine dropping the PSI on the tires down to six or eight pounds would drop it a little bit. Not sure how much. That would not bother me. Then as the floor goes in on the trailer it is sloping up and then flattens out. Certainly could try find someone that has a stock car and try to drive it up in there with one person in it. I have just heard a lot of good things about the pro r and really don't want to take it off the list of possibilities. The H2 and the Maverick would both fit easily in the trailer. This may or may not end up being in the dunes. Do paddles make these things even taller?

This seems like a pretty good deal for a used car. Been reading up and there are a lot of people out there with quite a few miles on these cars. Seems like the non-turbo motors will run longer than the turbo motors. This car with the aftermarket cage is 72 in so it would easily fit in the trailer. https://www.facebook.com/share/1G4B63Rsjm/

I was at ride now today looking at the h2, Maverick car, and pro r. The pro r actually has the widest area between the rear seats and they sell a bench seat that would fit nicely back there.

Good deal, for sure the 4 cylinder is the way to go, one thing, you never keep stock wheels. Real off roaders never do...HAHA

I actually like stock wheels and tires. They're always cheap to find on the used market. Lol.

I would say it's over priced and not a good deal considering it's been on Market Place for 2 months.

This one looks interesting as well. Almost 10% tax on it so call it 36k for this car. 2 years older but only a couple hundred more miles so virtually the same on mileage. This one has more upgrades it looks like. Only 70 in tall so it is a shorter cage. What do you guys think comparing the two? https://www.facebook.com/share/1aBf5PnqKH/

Decided I don't care for the cage on the first one. Not a lot of upgrades on that car either. The one in casa grande has a lot of nice upgrades but it is a 22 model so already 4 years old. I guess resale would be a little concerning. Mileage is not bad but would be nice to find one with lower mileage. On the fence on this one.

The 3 biggest selling points besides the cage on the 22 (ride command, dynamix and fosgate stereo) are standard equipment on an ultimate anyway. The 22s were the 1st year for the pro r and had some issues with the thermostat housing that was fixed on later years along with probably other 1st year model bugs. At similar pricing between the two I'd go with the 24 if it were me. Definitely nicer cage on the 22 tho.

first only get a Dynamix car, the others just are not the same. Electric shocks are a game changer!

second, if you can afford it go with a 2025 or newer, the plastics design is much better with full doors, better cabin cooling, dash looks better and the gauge screen is in white not the ugly hard to see yellow of the older units.

If I were to buy a POL 4 Seat PRO R today - it would be this 2025 Sport model.

Retail Price $38,999
Our Price $28,995
Savings $10,004

Killer deal on a 2025 - yeah, no Dynamix but this is a solid unit aside from the electronic "bells and whistles".

no ride command, dynamix, tilt wheel(i believe), beadlocks. Those with the 4cylinder is what makes the Pro r a great car.

So is the Dynamix only on the ultimate package? I would rather not have to spend 45 or 50k on a car. Seems like a 25 or newer with a cage and lower mileage that's where it would be. From what everyone is saying it is sounding to me like a 23 or a 24 with a cage to fit the trailer. That keeps me away from the first year issues as mentioned of the 22 model. How big of a deal are the 35-in tires versus stock? What years had the problem with the lower front shock piece where the axle goes through? I remember hearing about that. Would really like to buy something and not have to put a whole bunch more money in it as well.

I don't trust Polaris engines. Seems out of all the cars n the group only the Polaris have had issues. For what your going to use the car for I would seriously look at the Kawi

Seems mostly from what I have read the Pro star Fury (Pro R), Prostar (Slingshot) engine is pretty robust. (225hp vs 200hp) 10-20k miles on some Pro Rs and 60-120k miles on some slingshots. I do know and have been told the Pro R is a gas hog and need to prepare for that. I looked at the Kawi yesterday at Ride now. That back 3 seat deal was important to me for my grand sons. Well, the pro R is actually 2" wider in the back seat area and it is easy to buy a bench for 3 young uns.

Called Shock Therapy this morning. They verified 100% the Dynamics on the ultimate model is the way to go. They can also do their package with springs and re-valving at a price very close to what I spent for my X3. He said the package helps the low speed chop and they redo the bypass for full compression and bottoming.
