Smart Meter vs Analog Meter

I called and asked. They told me that if I go to the analog meter it will be a digital meter that will store the time of use info.

I don’t really see that being the case but who knows? Anybody got a pic of an current “analog” meter?

The electric companies are crooks.  They want their money, there are a lot of pensions to pay for.  We all use less electricity and water from the municipality, but our bills never go down..........Pensions, hook up fees, service charges and so forth, pisses me off.
