I'm looking to get a 10' shipping container lifted from my front yard, over a 7'~ wall, and set down just inside the wall. My house is on a corner and all lifting can be done from the street. Maximum reach would be about 20', and about a 25-30' swing.

Any hook ups?

30 ton boom truck can give you (roughly) 10 to 11K pounds @ 30’ , maybe a bit more or maybe a bit less depending on how much boom they need to squirt out.
You have Marco Crane in phoenix, give them a call and get a quote.

They might even have a something smaller and cheaper for the capacity you need.

Thanks. The container would be empty, and according you google... it's around 2500lbs

Yeah, something that small can definitely use a smaller crane.
Whatever crane they have available I’m sure would be quoted to your needs.

I know I’m a Californian…

But how’re the container laws in your town? They’re cracking down even out here in the sticks.

Couldn't tell ya specifically, but a guy a few doors down has one in his yard. Has a HUGE pole tent thing covering his pusher on the other side.

Think I'm good. LOL

I will be calling Rapido here in a couple weeks as well I need a generator set on a job site.

You can get better pricing also if when you call let them know your flexible on the time/ day.

I used Rapido to set an AC unit on my house last summer. They were great - it helps to know Spanish. This was on a Saturday and thats the only reason I did not use my buddies down at Shaffers Welding. They are close to your shop (and mine) but I don't know where your house is. They would probably be close to $250 but don't quote me on that.

My Spanish is enough to order a beer and find the bathroom to return it... Was their English good enough to stumble through it?

We've moved since you came by, but I'm only at 16st/Baseline.

When you get to the point where you could get a pic of the container, pm me that and your address if you'd like. I can do a pre-site using google earth and also recommend how to rig as those guys I would assume do ac's and truss' primarily. Problem is that a 10' container may be a 40' shortened and only have lift points on one end unlike the one in the pic (neighbors) where you could get away with (4) 10-20' straps and (4) 1.5" shackles.

Tough to tell with the shadows, but it would ultimately go in the orange box.
