Slab Leak….

Have a re-piping specialist coming out next week. We’ll just use the Motorhome in the meantime. 

 
its always good to have a "plan B", for a "number 2".  :)

 
My Insurance will only cover the damage from the leak.  They will not cover the repair.  I had a slab leak, I heard it, and we caught it before any damage.  Insurance would not cover a dime

 
the 1st thing we did after moving in to the house n NOrco was repipe. We are across the street from the SA RIver so we went with commercial grade copper and the job is warranted for life and is also transferrable to the future owners of the home. I didn't want pex beucae 1) rodents chew it and 2) the clamp fittings break and they leak. We had that chit happen in the Warrior 3 times :lol:
