I seen the full vid, think about 10 years ago now,  it was like the 3rd one they destroyed in the same day,  at the bottom of the hill, it looked like junk yard,  and the end of the vid, thy are doing burn outs with new paddles on the street,

I’ve been to most of those countries. Most of them have a rule: accidents are the fault of the lower ranked person. You’re a guest worker and the dude who  rear ended you doing 150mph has “1” on his license plate? Your fault. Should’ve gotten out of his way.
