It’s 3:15 am and I’m going to bed smelling like turkey rub / brine but it’s on the smoker..

I know I’m not the only one doing an 11hr cook..

Am I the new cheff?

were just doing a regular old Oven bird.
 
Putting mine on the smoker about noon. Plan for 5 hour cook, stuffed.
 
I was thinking of opening a Lunchable does that count?
 
Step one, cook turkey (after 2 day brine). Step two, take dark meat, white meat and stuffing and place in aluminum pan.
Step three, pour a gallon of homemade gravy over the whole thing, freeze it and take to Glamis and put on the BBQ. Mmmmm

5 Hr smoke done….. just finished up, I think I’m going to puke!!
