That's what I'm aiming for. I used to have 20/10 up to about 5 years ago... Having degraded vision so much so fast as it become is crippling visually as well as kinda mentally...

Your feelings are completely justified, and you have every right to be angry about the situation, including the gap between medical costs in Arizona and your actual income.
