Rittenhouse Trial

I hope the district attorney gets disbarred… if he keeps defying the judge the court will kick this thing out the door and dismiss The whole case …I’m just waiting for it to happen…

You heard it here first.

That could be what the DA wants. a judge being prickly beats a straight loss hands down.

Welp, today is closing arguments and then going to the jury. Here is the live link.

Biggest things that I have relearned from listening to the trial. Don't have full metal jacket ammo in the gun.  Lawyers will twist it no matter what.  Unless threatened with a dangerous weapon, do not bring the gun out.  KR was smart to have a sling.  LeBron still can suck a big fatty.

I feel for this jury. A lot of information to sift through AND they are giving options for lesser of charges today. Having sat on 2 jurys, people in general are stupid.

FMJ is training ammo and all the ranges allow, what should you use? Hollows or frag rounds?

IMHO, training is one thing.  Daily carry is where the issue lies.

"They" have deemed that if you are shooting FMJ, that it pokes holes and has a higher percentage of passing through objects, thus endangering other potential bystanders behind them.

With the hollow point, they are designed to expand upon impact and not pass through.

So then you are protecting beyond your target.

Take it for what it's worth...

Doesn't matter what you have the gun..it's a red herring they are using.. If he had hollow points...then it would be "he was planning on killing someone as hollow points are known to cause more damage that fmj bullets".... ..shoot what  you know and what works best for you.....

Never been a fan of anything other than FMJ,… shoot enough hand guns and a hollow point will catch and cause a jam.

FMJ = less likely to jam IMO in a semi auto. I’ll always go FMJ.

Personal preference.

Exactly last week prosecutor was mentioning hollow points and exploding bullets like they are evil today he was claiming FMJ as the evil bullet.Pesonally my ccw is hollowpoints if i have a rifle in the trailer or camp its FMJ.

Until they start trying blm rioters, I don't care.

Other questions...
Why isn't the one survivor being tried for admitting to having and carrying a gun?  Dude is a convicted felon.
Why isn't Kyle's mom being tried for giving him a weapon and dropping him off?

I would have a hard time on this jury.  A 17 year old, was given a gun and dropped off by his mom to carry it around during a riot.  He got in an altercation and shot 3 people, killing 2.  He didn't have to be there and he shouldn't have had a gun.  Still, I hope he gets off because if the left isn't held accountable, then f*ck it, no one should then.

Very well.

Then whoever the gun is registered to...
They actually are charging that guy.  I was in the same boat a bit ago when my son wanted a glock and was under 18.  Now he's 19.  Oh.. and he got lucky when the sheriff pulled him over for speeding, he was under 18, and asked if there was a gun in my truck. He said yes. Sherrif let him off for that.
