Anyone following it?  I kind of just started.  Heard the rich McGinnis testimony is pretty good. It's about 55 mins into the YouTube link below.

The Daily Wire is streaming it live, and I have watched a few snippets here and there.  The judge seems like he wants the kid to get a fair shake. I hope his lawyer's jury expert picked some good jurors. Hate to see the kid go to jail for defending himself.

I find how emboldened his pursuers where amazing and how nobody has even mentioned it. You have a person armed with, as a libtard would say, the scariest evil black rifle that has ever existed and these rioters are pursuing him with what seems to be clear intent to do this kid harm.

I have a feeling that after the Prosecutor is done with his case the Defense will make the normal motion saying they did not make a case and the judge will dismiss. At that point the Attorney General will file federal charges saying he violated somebody's civil rights, He also will be sued by all three of the victims or there family's .

This kid will win and loose at the same time.

^ ^ ^ Pretty much, but this is a jury trial, so they will have to render a verdict.  Are there other charges besides the shootings ? ? ?

its been quiet, maybe some rioting and looting will fire back up, miss the good old days

I believe in all jury trial after the prosecution has completed their case the defense always asks for dismissal of the charges. 99.9% of the time it is denied and then the defense has to give their side.  I know in the Jody Aries case. They asked for a dismissal of the charges, and that bitch be guilty and crazy.  I also think that a Judge has the power to set aside the verdict.  In both cases I believe that it goes without prejudice so the District Attorney can re-file charges, but he has to have new evidence not submitted in the first trial.  Again 99.9% of the time  it is just procedural and the trial goes forward.

Today has been a good day to listen.  Kyle testimony and judge versus State attorney.

Been watching it some this am. The judge has gotten pretty pissed off at the prosecution. The defense has asked for a mistrial.

Prosecution seems to be fumbling their case from what I've seen

No way they should convict this kid.

With this admin takeover, there’s way more things to worry about now. When things are going good, people get bored and create something to be upset about.

I’ve watched quite a bit of it. The prosecution struggled bad. The witnesses they called were more helpful to Kyle then them. The pics and video clearly show self defense. The one he shot that lived even said, Kyle did not shoot him until he pointed his gun at Kyle. Then, in my opinion, the prosecutor tried to get a mistrial by talking about Kyle’s right to remain silent when he was first arrested. The judge lost his mind about that. I’d be surprised if he gets convicted.

Getting tired of Court TV cutting away to Kyle's reaction while Black is going through his testimony.

I want to see the testimony (videos) - anyone watching where they are staying on the screen and not Kyle's face?

Totally agree. Prosecution is purposely fumbling for a mistrial without prejudice because its slam dunk against them and they want a retry or to hang the trial on the judge and not their horrible case

It needs to go to the Jury so it can't be retried.  Either way this isnt going to go away anytime soon.

This. The definition of self defense. So that eliminates that charge. They have video of the other dude swinging a skateboard at him. Self defense. Then the first guy chasing him and threatening to kill him with the chain. Not to mention, he was a multi time convicted pedophile.

If this did not happen during the BLM, riot, looting 2020 time, a DA wouldn’t have filed this in 100 years.

I hope the district attorney gets disbarred… if he keeps defying the judge the court will kick this thing out the door and dismiss The whole case …I’m just waiting for it to happen…

You heard it here first.
