Repacking 4 stroke silencer

Going to repack this Curtis Sparks on a YFZ450.
This is all rivets. Drill out and retap with screws?
Best course of action? Just pull the baffle end, pack around?
I have the loose yarn style shit. Able to remove something and stuff in around?

I did my FMFs years ago. This will be a bit different. This is the loudest 450 on the plant so hoping it helps. Assuming its the leftover packing from when it was new in '05.

Drill out and re-revet. Sheet metal screws will loosen up and fall out in short order.

Those look like they might be stainless too. Make sure your drills are nice and sharp if they are!

when I had my quad I had the same thing happen. Tried to do it myself and failed miserably.. I was able to take it to Dubach racing and he repacked it for me and it was like new. Might be worth a call to ask.
