Prefer central/east valley, but who do you use?

On rare occasion I can get something built/exchanged at Az Rack and Axle.

Most of the specialty craft shops are all gone. I'm in need of an engine machine shop at the moment but I'm having a hard time with that.

These guys did my 1 piece on my dodge. Works great and 1 day turnaround.

Emailed them. Replied in less than 10 minutes with a reasonable quote for what I need.. Yeah, they are getting my business.

They do all kinds of stuff. I've had them do head work for cars. Bored the cylinder to go 686 on my only Rhino, and my buddy uses them for all his jetski shit. I think they even cut drums/rotors/flywheels.
