PGA Championship

Changing my pick to Hovland for the weekend  . . .

out of these I will pick Scottie

I'm hoping DeChambeau takes it. Not because I'm a fan, but I want a LIV golfer to win a major and give the PGA a big  :effu: .

The PGA guys owe the LIV guys a big thanks for making the PGA finally open up their wallet and increase purses on their tour. Guys like Rory talk chit publicly but have benefited financially from the new competition.

Glad to see Koepka win today. The Michael Block story was interesting and cool to see him do well. He seems like a real humble cool dude.

Giving Michael Block an exemption to play next week was awesome  . . .

He earned that exemption on the 18th. That up and down was world class, right up there with the top players. It kept him in 15th place which was the cutoff for exemptions.

Methinks that would be for official PGA Tour events.  Otherwise you wouldn't see this:

Methinks his Top 15 only gets him $288,333 and entry into next year's PGA Championship.  Nice chunk of change plus he'll pick up some endorsements as well . . .

Ya, I didn't read your post correctly, missed next week. I had PGA Championship locked in my brain.

It's great he got a sponsors exemption next week, and if he plays as well as this weekend, we will see more of him during regular tour events. It will be tough for him to keep that level of play since he said he only hits a bucket of balls weekly and that's the only swings he gets in. But you never know.

Congrats Koepka. Welcome to TX Block! Peace

Wire to wire after opening with a 62.  Last put almost lipped out.  Awesome weekend of golf . .  .

I was enjoying Lounge Chair Sunday living every shot Xander was playing. Glad the last putt went in. Congrats to the winner. He played great! Peace
