OHV reciprocity - CA will no longer accept states who don't accept CA...
https://legiscan.com/CA/text/AB232/2021
So now AZ, UT, OR plate's and OJV tags are no longer allowed without "Out of State - OHV" stickers. PAY UP!

The ever debated class-A trailer/15k lbs issue now more complex

All the new laws detailed https://legiscan.com/CA/legislation/2021
The only "good" new laws.. Fishing Licenses to be yearly date-to-date of purchase instead of Jan 1-Dec31

Surprised it took ca this long but sucks other states started with this chit and its spreading.Bring multiple bikes gotta register each one.

So where do us AZ guys get these tags?  I've never needed to purchase them before.

Don't see as an issue for me. I now purchase the Az off-road sticker only to be legal in Ca. Never use my car in Az. So now I will just purchase Ca Out Of state off road sticker instead of the Az.

Maybe AZ will start requiring CA boaters to pay up when they come here as a f*ck me, no f*ck you show of force.

I knew it was just a matter of time before they started enforcing the Class A rec requirement.

I am assuming my golf cart is still good with a valid street licensed Az registration (even if i cant drive on the street in Ca.) and insurance and this is just for Az OHV stickers?

Will you let your AZ. license plate go away also?

Honestly very happy about the yearly fishing license.

If it's a motorcycle plate, MVD hammers you for the registration fee (at the normal depreciated "MSRP" value of the vehicle) when it's time to renew if you don't keep the off-road designation current. Game & Fish links with MVD, so they know. An example with my SCU was $500.00+ renewal W/O the off-road, $5.25 renewal fee with the off-road current. I bout shait my pants when I discovered that little piece of information

I don't know what happens if you have the Az RV or regular Az plate.

Our government employs some of the best pick pockets in the universe.

Havasu is both California and AZ, I don't see a lot of Ca boaters around the lakes in Phoenix............haha.  Always cracks me up with Havasu people blame Ca boaters since most came from Ca.  Pot kettle black???

Es a yoke....

But...if you want to get picky...Then CA boats have to have an AZ sticker to launch in AZ (Site Six, Windsor, etc...), park in the channel, park on the AZ side of the lake/river, etc...

And stop coming over and buying all our ammo.
