Need Buyer representation for Lake Havasu purchase

looking for a real estate agent in Lake Havasu to represent us in purchasing a property. This is a 1031 so I need experience. We have our eye on a specific property so it’s not a big dog and pony show. Just making sure we have all of our bases covered. Thanks!
 
The Glamis Dunes Family never ceases to come through. One post and my needs were handled. Daves wife Stacey is an extremely competent real estate professional. Her knowledge of Havasu is exceptional, she is quick, no bs, no messing around.Her team has been top notch. Can’t speak highly enough about the entire transaction. I believe her area includes Lake Havasu, Parker and also the mountain and desert areas in Southern California. She is licensed in both states. I don’t normally give props for people just doing their jobs, but service at this level needs to be acknowledged.
 
Thank you for the compliments! My wife is actually just licensed in AZ but we have a real estate team that spans both AZ and California. Out here we have agents in Bullhead / havasu / Parker. In California we have an office in Wrightwood and agents from Earp / big river all the way to Orange County.

I always see the sign in town in Wrightwood good to know we might be selling here soon.
 
Dave I completely understand your point, but that's overbearing in my point of view. Yes you own this board but it's not about you're RE companies board and the people hear are asking for options, opinions and contacts. I'm good with your choice and will not voice or share contacts for any company moving forward.
 
I don’t own the website any longer Eric can choose to promote or run the forum however he wishes.

That said as written above the client was happy with the service he received!

For that don’t know the last time I saw Wade was actually at the sand show. He left there went to the hospital and passed away suddenly afterwards. :(.

He responded to it because in another thread (which may have been since deleted) Dave said that he had NEVER edited someone's post and in fact had a partner do it on another forum and Dave was so incensed that he left that forum.

Just another reason we lost so many people here when you were in charge
