The .gov is just handing out NSEs to order a deleted vehicles now?  LOL

As a manufacture of equipment sold to the military, we have a NSE to delete F550s after purchase.  But, trying to order one through a dealer (even with the NSE) is nearly impossible.

let me see if I got this right.  the federal government is buying vehicles & paying someone to remove items from it that is mandated by the same federal government???  do I have that correct??

Yep.  In areas that ULSD is not available~readily available.  Or, what I'm guessing fuels the rest of the fleet on base.  We build equipment that the Air Force will take to various bases in third world countries to do runway maintenance.
