LS2 Swapped humvee help TOTALLY STUMPED

Intake leak? What maf are you running? Stock or aftermarket? Tried swapping out o2 sensor on just the right bank?
stock ls2 MAF sensor, i removed and cleaned it and put it back on.  changed o2 sensors yes.

you did use a spark check already and noid check for that bank, right,

Also Fuel pressure regulator, factory or aftermarket, if aftermarket, if you have the vacuum running to the side port, pull it off and see if fuel is coming out, if it is then a regulator needs replaced,

the green stem on the power probe is a wire tap,  check the voltage, and see if the voltage is correct at the injector, 

still hard to beat a holley, Wideband, can link to your phone, has fuel pressure sensor, and shows bank out put and trims,  If it is the ECM, i would consider the TermX or X-Max with trans control 

 
Also the Cam Sensor will put it into SeqU or Batch, Use a good Quality Cam sensor, but might want to try swaping it out, they can be a issue with the LS motors, 

 
The short term fuel trim on that bank is trying to go 100% rich, where the other side is 0%.

It's likely not a sensor issue, as he's changed them all.

I think you need to check o2 sensor wires from pcm to sensor really really good.  Probably wouldnt hurt to try a diff maf. Have you tried unplugging it while running to see if they balance out?
