For sure!  And it still runs.  Just had to use a heat gun and bend some of the plastic back and it’s god to go.  

That generator is the best $300 purchase ever.

I did something similar to mine.  Paid a PDR (paintless dent repair) guy to put it back into shape as best as possible, then covered it with this:

Had a friend do that some years back. Got a new tailgate all paint matched and two weeks later he backs into the hitch with the tailgate still up. Told him now he has bookends  :rofl:

Made a similar mistake with a flatbed trailer. Doing 100 things at once and didn't latch the tongue. Drove a sandrail onto the flatbed and the hitch popped up and slammed my tailgate. Broke my own rule of always hooking up everything, hitch, chains, electrical. But not this time.
