Joe Biden was using taxpayer money to buy crack pipes for drug addicts

A little-known provision tucked away in Joe Biden’s $2 trillion so-called American Rescue Plan, which he claimed was for pandemic relief, was a massive taxpayer-funded giveaway to drug addicts.

The bill funded “racial equity” grants to non-profits and local governments to make drug use safer for addicts.

$30 million in taxpayer money was earmarked for so-called safe smoking kits for hard drugs like crack and crystal meth.

Rather than encourage drugs addict not to use, the Left is trying to make drug users safer for them.

When the Biden Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) was questioned about the grant money, they confirmed that safe smoking kits could be used for “any illicit substance” like crack or crystal meth.

The Biden regime began furiously trying to deny the program's existence after they were caught red-handed in a taxpayer-funded giveaway of crack pipes.

Then-White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said it was a conspiracy theory that the Biden regime was buying crack pipes for drug addicts.
