I see a FB post that claims the lack of water is a "Fake" post.
The truth is, it's a true post. This is how the left creates their "Truth".
The fake "Fact Check" indicates the tanks were filled, so no lack of water.
The "Truth" is, the tanks were to be refilled by the reservoirs, that were empty.
The tanks were never intended to supply unlimited water without refilling.
