Seriously...please tell me you are throwing out sarcasm!
Traffic was so bad people were told by authorities to leave their cars and GTFO...fire coming, no cars were moving!

The cars were locked and left in the streets.
Enter the dozer, stage left.
I probably would have moved over a bit before leaving.
But, I was not there.
