Please be aware that when you open your ballot there is a “sample ballot“ and an “official ballot.” I made the mistake of voting on the sample ballot, and then putting it in the envelope, not realizing that there was “an official ballot.“ it seemed that the official ballot was folded in with other information whereas the sample ballot was easy to find.
