With Holley totally F'ing AEM, there are no easy options for plug-in programable ECUs. The availability of the Series 2 ECUs is rapidly drying up.
I've had some prototype harness units made that will plug into your existing engine harness and allow you to run a full FuelTech FT550 dash. Very reasonably priced VS a custom harness. 12 foot in length. Should get most from the engine harness to the dash.

Let me know what you think.

So what are the ecu options going to be? We are building a DD and planned a Honda. I have a factory ecu but was looking to use something aftermarket.

What I've built is an extension harness from the factory ECU plugs that are to be able to plug into an FT550 almost seamlessly.

This is for guys that have a factory set up and are tired of blowing up engines, or running race fuel.

If you're going to run NA, stick with the factory ECU. PM on that.

This is NOT for a new set up.

I can help with that too.

This is only for guys looking to get away from the factory ECU and not spend a fortune on a full custom harness.

so this is to be able to stick to stock harness just go with fuel tech ecu correct? Cost?

Correct.

I'm working on pricing, but it will depend on interest and the qualities I get them in. Hoping to keep them around $700.
