CV prep on the buggy - that time of year to get everything ready for the upcoming season.

Racing sand drags this weekend, dragster is parked until mid next year. We pulled the buggy out to finish tuning and will runs this through spring. No passes made on Friday for us as there was a track issue before we got to make a pass, first two today we figured out the car does not shift wtf. Tore apart the wiring inspected and tested yep it’s good, ecu not sending shift output, engine builder opened up his laptop to check his car setup compared to mine and we found the issue. Made our next pass and first full pass since conversion to efi. Fastest pass ever for car and the tune up is so soft we have at least another .10 in tune up let alone the rest of car that needs fine tuning. Pretty impressive day for the team and first successful time down track in a few years

Helped Chummin move in the AM. Picked up a bunch of Ramey's meats. Brother and nephew came by to camp and party in the yard. Might have to take today off from work...

Saturday, drove to "Boulevard", little town about hour east of San Diego to visit my Mother In Law. Quick trip coming back Sunday.
Halfway down, My wife says her brother got tickets to The Cult for Sunday evening at Yaamava...wanna go? YEAH!!
So Sunday, woke up had some coffee, beautiful weather, watched all my teams get destroyed, Cheryl helped her mom organize, then drove home from about 1pm, got home about 4, took a 20 min power nap, got cleaned up and headed to Yaamava!
The Cult was AWESOME! Fun time with my Bro in law Bart and his girlfriend.
