So what are everyone's plans for the weekend?

Camp rzr?

Dune Prep?

Just hanging out reading the chit show comments on Social media?

For me I am going to change all the tires over to the Sand tires on everything. and House chores of course

Cleaned what may have been the dirtiest carb I've ever seen on my 70 yesterday. 

Doing brats, red cabbage and going to try Kartoffelpuffer (potato pancakes) today.

Woke up to 34°, so started a fire.

Morning GDC! About to head out for our son’s HS lacrosse scrimmage/practice …drop the wife at the local farmers market and hope to be home to do some chores. Later our neighbors are hosting a Halloween party…have a great weekend GDC!

Work meeting and then off to the r/c track with the kiddo for some racing in the last round of the JBRL series. 

 
Kids had their middle school Halloween dance last night.

My son and wife made his costume out of foam.

Kids did a 5k run/walk through an old cemetery this morning.  Wife and I handed out candy and cheered everyone on.  Was 16 degrees and spitting snow. Froze my butt off. Not ready for this Colorado winter crap.

Gonna  do some honey does, clean the garage and have some cocktails for the rest of the afternoon. Keep a fire going.

Was supposed to be in Boston from Wednesday to Sunday. Watching my son play hockey, celebrating my daughter's 18th and just having a great time.

We canceled, sent my son solo and have been watching him on live stream, they are 3-1-1. Not a bad weekend. 

We canceled because my Father in law is facing his last days, been on hospice care for two weeks and its almost time. Diabetes and Lukemia have shut his body down.

I could not have asked for a more caring, sincere and man of his word then this gentleman. He taught me allot by example on dealing with life's challenges and still loving God in an unfair, unjust world.

All the family is now here, we are with him everyday. 

Pray for my wife.

Doing some clean up, touch up paint and new tail lights on my box trailer.

 
Nada... moved what I salvaged from my TH fire to storage after letting the smoky smell air out in the back of my truck bed. I have no clue what is in store for this season. I still have my toy box, quad and Orange One (RZR). Been working with insurance for the better part of 2 weeks now. Hopefully State Farm takes care of me like they did when I totalled my dually.

Senior 'presontation' at the football game friday. (Laguna Hills) Hawks are 9-1 so looks like they could be headed to CIF.
