Its Saturday May 6th 2023 What are You all doing this weekend

Picked up another new (to us) boat yesterday to add to the fleet šŸ˜€ Getting it all cleaned up, ceramic coated and outfitted before it heads out to its new home at our lake place in Central Oregon. I know these type boats are no that popular down where most of you are but up here they sure are. And this one is really well suited for our lake and what we do.Ā

Went to the next door neighbors 60th birthday party. Should have never drank tequila. The walk home was brutal. The floor i slept on was even worse. Hope the wife still loves me. HA! Peace

FML. They are a real PIA to do. InstalledĀ  new cats, y- pipe and o2 sensors yesterday. Took it for a test ride. All good but the power steering is sucking.Ā 

Today..

New power steering pump, serpentineĀ  belt and high pressure line from the pump to the rack. Sure would have been

Ā Another PIA that would have been alot easier do do when the cats were out.

In the process of flushing/bleeding the power steering system my slop hose jumped out of my catch can and pumped a good qaurt of fluid in a fine mist all over my garage before my son turned the key off. Literally 5 seconds run time. Not his fault. Fads a dumb chit. Tired and frustrated. Should have disconnected the fuel fump fuse and bumped it.

Had a neighborhood cook out. Neighbors smoked pork / ribs / sausage / baked beans / potato salad / and my favorite deviled eggs. Relaxing time this afternoon. Now kicking back enjoying some GD.com. PeaceĀ

Got up and hit that road at 4am on Saturday and drove to San Diego to drop my car off for upgrade time! Ā Then turned around and drove back. Ā Definitely a long day but excited to get started on this.
