Sounds like a great price!  Me and 5 neighbors did 500 feet and a culdesac and it was $55k

 
How do I flip my picture??  I did it in my album and then tried to bring it over flipped and thought it would correct but it stayed the same

you can also use the SNIPPING tool if it's correct in your album you just copy and paste the image, like I did below

I have been putting decorative rock on the front and side of the house this winter. The wife asked if I could finish up the entry way before we left for the summer. I went the extra mile and give the dog a fresh coat of paint. I wanted to take her out to dinner but she’s not feeling well today so we’ll just chill and bbq some steaks.

we spent Saturday with our son and his family for great food,good company and chocolate cake. The family watched Supercross together which was fun.

Cleaning house and getting ready for summer travel.

Sunday my DIL received her masters degree @ SDSU.  It was SUPER cool to go with her family and ours to see it.  we were there for >2 hours & only got to see her walk across the stage for about 10 seconds, but it was SO worth it.  super proud of her (& my son, for the support he has given her).  He is fixin to go back & get his Masters now.

Thats Awesome. Congrats. They wouldn't let me attend SDSU. Something about reading books and other stuff I couldn't comprehend. Peace
