Adding a sub panel to my Automatic Transfer Switch for two circuits outside the house. Front gate/ main well pump and chicken coop/ water booster pump. #4 and number #8 wire

Just got back from a week in Sacramento and doing some hardcore organizing and cleaning for an office inspection on Monday.

you all have heard my stories about the air bnb, so here's another one.

136am i get a call, fight in parking lot, and someone broke a window and tenant doesn't feel safe to stay so they leave. 

I get there, call police, review video, see the fight, same guys, 2 fights, see a corona bottle thrown thru the bedroom window from outside shattered on the ground.

well after watching video the lady who was so worried about being safe its her crew that broke the damn thing, had the fight, and broke a tv with a beer bottle.

looks like windows about 1200 installed, tv was 275, I don't get out of bed for less than 300.00 a trip and 2-3 weeks lost revenue since we can't rent the room now.

I called the cops again today to file the destruction of private property, the cops called her and she immediately emails us and says she will take care of all damages. that will last as long as the offer because when she sees the bill she will hit the ceiling.  Dude that broke the window calls me and says hey im a contractor I can fix it all today.............lol sure, you can repair a double pane window in a day? you clowns left me a mess to deal with so I'll give the bill to airbnb, if the tenant doesn't pay, they are on the hook as they back the renter to be good.

Working a long weekend. My old ass can’t take much more of these hours! Somewhere around 60hrs with one more day to go. Guess this will help pay my taxes?!!

 
Did a little walk with the wife at MTRP.  Ran out-of time, so had to come back. Lots of folks out hiking.  We ran into one of her friends from grade school.  Only my wife.....  LOL  it was super green, and lots of flowing water. 

Hope the grass is dry enough to mow, then start prep for work, dinner, etc.  Nice weekend.

Worked the sportfihng show at the Costa Mesa fair grounds. Thursday thru Sunday

 Tired and ready for rest.

Woke up this morning and the clock in my truck is correct again.

High School Varsity Ice Hockey came to an end this weekend, my youngest played his last HS game as a Senior for Damien HS. 

CA States Playoffs went south for us with injuries and we didn't make Nationals this year...bummed out, but both my boys had a great run playing Ice Hockey for this school and new chapters lie ahead.

 
Washed the truck and the wife’s car. Finished up the water heater install. I had the slide toppers re-sewn and put them back on.  Made a Cajun chicken pasta for dinner.  Sunday we went to breakfast and then went to Costco and spent to much.  I hope everyone had a great weekend.
