Its Saturday and My Plans are House chores then Hopefully go get my Truck smogged. "smogging a diesel is dumb" in my opinion and pick up my RX and Back to the grind around the House.

Tomorrow I got to drive down to Corona for a Farewell Party for my company as they are laying off 95% of the People Next Friday

Team play against LaCosta at LaCosta in a couple hours 🏌🏾‍♂️, second round of the playoffs, then, back home to do some downsizing in the garage, then Supercross. 🕺

Hopefully fixed the 450 yesterday.  Water pump seals.  Gonna tune up 70s.  Kinda shopping for a 3rd vehicle as oldest daughter should have her license in 3 weeks.

Trying homemade carnitas today and drinking.

Cleaning the oil off of the motor in my dodge then replacing the crank case vent hose.  Should have done it before it made a huge nasty mess.

Need to get outside and soak in some sun.....

Recupersting (not really) from a quad ride in the dunes yesterday. Went to visit an old friend. My 1st time out in 3 years and first time on a quad in 4 or 5. Just a quick turnaround day trip. I rode his backup machine. Thankfully the dunes were blown pretty damn clean so it was smooth riding. Crazy thing is my hip and shoulder have been been pretty sore lately and I figured I'd be paying for it today. Both feel BETTER then they have in weeks! Go figure.....but could be all the Alleve I took too 🤣. I'm gonna chalk it up to sand therapy.

I think I would be freshening up the old resume instead of going to one downer of a party.

returned my rental car from work this am, ordered all my parts to do an oil pan gasket on my 2003 silverado.

tore it all down, not a bad deal at all, went all back together with 6 bolts left for the crossmember and realized I forgot to put the GD

baffle in the pan after cleaning it, so apart it all came again, I got it down to a science now lol. no leaks and inside was pretty clean for 170k, no sludge

no pieces!! now off to mexican with the family and then to bed. tomorrow I get to fix 3 pot holes at a shopping center and cut down a huge tree.

Working out, mountain biking, and hiking…all with the kiddo.

UFC fights with neighbors outside right now.  Maybe a few 9-ball games.

Took the wife and dad shooting today. Dad got to dial in his new rifle and the wife shot out to 839 yards today. She had never shot past 100 yards before today

Where did you go?  Looks nice with stands and backstop and stuff.

That equipment is nice.  I've wanted to build something for "long range" but not sure i have the patience for it.  Well.... that and I can't see for sheet and hate looking down a scope.

That's at Pala shooting range. I built what I thought was a long range gun 15 years ago. Then I decided to dive in about 2 years ago and have built several rifles since

Cleaned up the dirt road with the tractor. Unfortunately it was a little too dry and hard to do to much. Then worked on the tractor adding forks.  Did some honey-do’s around the house.  Tomorrow work on the sandcar.
