Tried something new this morning. My son has been doing yoga for about 2 years now as low impact PT for his knees and ankles. I joined him this morning to see if I thought I could get past the mental stigma.... it's a bitch bring a man. LOL.
It was a hell of a workout. My heart rate got up there higher than I had expected being as I never had more than one foot off of the ground at a time. And I sweated like a middle aged white dude in a class he should with a bunch of youngish.
Gonna head to Coronado In a bit for thw concert in the park.
