It's Saturday Jan 20th 2024. What is everyones Plans this weekend

A few peeps happen to be all in town, so last night we saw our old friend Rhett Miller of the Old 97's play our local club (Saint Rocke) in Hermosa Beach.  Nursing a well earned hangover from that at the moment. 

Gonna watch a little football later, maybe place a bet or 2 and then head to Hollywood for dinner at Musso and Frank before seeing another Rhett show at the Bourbon Room tonight

Doing a somewhat stay cation in downtown San Diego at the Manchester Hyatt with a close friend (who has and adjoining room to the suite ...we both have a Hyatt credit cards and pay off every month...and earn points to more or less pay for vacations (at least the hotel part) - you also get free nights periodically. Here's the view from the free room.
