Flew to Provo Utah to a friends funeral. Past duner. Did everything. Snow mobile
, golf, single track, sxs, volleyball ball ( his son has played in the Olympics,) 59 years old. Even did search and rescue in Utah mountains. Was out playing in the fresh powder racing his buddies up the mountain but my friend steve didn’t make it. They back tracked and somehow was stuck under his ski. Faint pulse. They were very remote area did CPR for 2 hours praying for a miracle. When emergency crews showed up they pronounced him dead. Beautiful celebration of life. Probably 600 people showed up. He was a guy that anyone would be proud to know and be with. RIP Steven Lee Sander

In Yuma this weekend - heading home today and going to prep for a trip to Glamis next weekend. Not the greatest picture but the wife's alumicraft is starting to take shape - the detail of the fab work is amazing! - better pictures to come as things progress.

Such a cool place. Most of the buildings on the side of the street with the Indian sign are owned by Jay Allen….he used to own the broken spoke in sturgis…..He also was a land speed cycle racer and holds a few records.
He grew up nearby, and moved back and wants to preserve the history of the town. Unfortunately, there’s a fight going on with the mine and city/county who want to condemn everything due to age or something like that. There’s an antique store, which his ex-wife owns and runs, next door to the cafe.
The end building, with the 2 gas pumps, and the bike parked in front of it is where he lives.
It used to be an old boarding house for the mine workers, I think…..anyway , the wife and I met him several years ago and got a tour of most of the buildings….
In his house, upstairs there is a motorcycle hanging on the wall in each bedroom and the living room is full of bikes.
The basement is full of Harley’s and old items. He owns most of the vehicles on that side of the street, along with the old bus.
I’ll find some pics and post them, if you want…

Got home last night from a 10 day glamis trip. The heat turned on as the weekend approached. Surprised to see how many groups came out regardless. Temps were decent till about 1pm, then it was finding shade or run the gens for AC.
Had a good night rest. Little breakfast this morning then water change and spa cleaning.
Happy Sunday everyone.

Saturday bummed it and saw a few dirtbikes, why are people so shitty with paperwork, think I found the one I want for local trails. 🏍️
Sunday hung out at Brewery X 🍻🍻 in Anaheim, great food 🍕 and beer, fun place and good chill vibe. We blinked and almost 4 hrs. passed and many pitchers of beer lol .... will go back, was 1st time there.
