Been in and of the hospital with my wife having her appendix removed.
She tried driving back from SD in extreme pain. Had to go grab her in Havasu Thursday night and drive her the rest home.
Got her out of the hospital and just got home 30min ago.
Time for me...

Cleaned up and put back together the carb on my new to me 3 wheeler, gonna piss off some hoa folks test riding it. Gotta get a powerball ticket. Parade in town tonight, need to continue my tradition of finding Santa and giving him a nice cold beer. Prolly some bbq, fire pit, and beers too.

Been in Big Bear since Thursday, kids are snowboarding today.

Did the Village, Zoo, Brewery, some shopping and allot of just hanging out. Hiked to Castle point and Dam Keepers cabin.

First time in dumont. Really enjoyed the riding today. Had to cut the run short due oil drain hose melting but overall a fun time.

Been gone for two weeks, so just getting ready for Christmas and putting stuff away.

Road trips are always a blast.

Helped my wife install these semi-automatic chicken waters - pretty cool idea. 5-gallon bucket with a few holes drilled in them...Once the bucket lid is on the water should stay clean.

Saturday was the wrap up for our week in Yosemite, great trip as always.

Mandatory stop at 24th Street Cafe in Bakersfield on the way:



Got my Princess to the base of the Lower Yosemite Falls again, another mandatory stop but mainly for the kiddo (Crusty's kids, too when they are here):



Quick walk to Bridalveil Falls to set her up for an afternoon Nap and wear out those legs! She stopped to sight see a lot on the walk. Our kid does not use tablets or Iphones, she loves nature and that's what these trips are for:

As stated above, the kid does not use electronics like most her age so we make serious efforts to get her to Playgrounds and into environments that replicate my life as a kid in the 80's (climb on shit, get dirty). We have passed this spot in Midpines for years, finally stopped at what was one of the cleanest parks in the area:
