It's Saturday 6-12-21 What are you doing this weekend?

Slight change in plans for Sunday.  Cleaned out the line from the kitchen to the main line, gonna trim the bottle brush and then visit mom for a few hours.

Here in Chantilly France for 2 weeks then Prague for 4 more all in the name of stacking my account and paying for the home improvements (stone work ext of house,remodel of pool,and remodel of dual sided fireplace as well as hardwood throughout house and 6 new sets of French doors).

Pulled all my inventory off the web, so my business is officially closed. I've only done that once before when I went to Greece for 16 days, 2019 October and it was great... a TRUE vacation.

Can't wait to go!

Is that Polihale beach? If so we enjoyed how quiet it was and the ability to Jeep onto the beach! 

 
Was making breakfast this morning and my daughter was on the trampoline. This blue jay landed and started yelling at her. I went out there and it flew over and landed on me. Seems to be domesticated. Im used to being attacked by jays, but never had one try to get into the house and land on my head or shoulder while im walking around outside. He seems to really like my oldest daughter. We put out a bird bath and watched him play in the water

Worked all weekend nothing exciting.

My wife feeds bluejays every morning, they love shelled peanuts . They will come and scream at her until she hand feeds them.

 
Finally washed Ol Black Betty this morning. She's been dirty (thanks to Stugotz) from the Presidents week trip. Or should I say Thanks to the backside of the Glamis Beach Store. A bunch of water drains back there and we drove right thru it. It was dark after watching the sunset at the Ledge. Just watched an awesome Playoff Hockey Game NY Islanders beat the TB Lightening. Went skinny dipping with the wife. Resting up before we watch a Jazz band play on main street tonight. Peace 

 
Pulled a couple of trailers out of Campland, got one ready to head back on Tuesday, now maybe a few ICDB's to finish off the weekend.

 
Got a call Saturday morning at 8am for a service call at scripps. I’m not even on call! Took the emergency repair and got home at 5pm. Back up at 4:30 this morning for a pm at Scripps. Home at 12:30 today. Went to lunch for mainly cocktails! Now prepping for next weeks work!

Yup … my favorite beach on the whole island.
 

They had another landslide in Hanalie Bay, so limited access to the other side .. might not be hanging with Mr. Hamilton.

United’s first class was money. Electronic seat that you can put all the way flat.

Unfortunately, we passed a highway death headed to the airport. Saw the roof of a crashed car off and the body splayed out on top as folks were running to the crash off the right shoulder, just caught a glimpse as we were in the carpool lane.

I guarantee it happened within a minute before we came upon the wreck.

Eerie…. Reminds me life is short and I’m blessed to be here, etc.

Anyhow, it’s bug spray, sunscreen, fresh fish n cocktails… until further notice.

Stayed close to the house and did our normal boring routine but my daughters came up for an early fathers day.
