You have some good flat land where you are. I am amazed how much it has grown up there. So many homes.
I used to go 4 wheeling all through there. Did many homes too.

Yep. Our property has two levels. The higher level my house sits on. About two acres. Then the lower level about 10 feet lower in front of my house about 3 acres. Great area. So you built houses in la cresta and tenaja?

Took my new to me boat out for the 1st time today...Sutherland Damn in Ramona. It was to mainly replace the bunks on the trailer...I'm trying to get ready for a Parker trip next weekend. But man that lake was beautiful today...great weather, wild horses on the shoreline - super peaceful.

It's a Hurricane 228 with a 115HP 4 stroke Yamaha with a 100 hrs on the engine. I picked it up from Texas (Houston area) a few months back ($9k cheaper than any local) - and a few weeks later dropped it off at an upholstery shot to have a new Bimini, carpet kit, and custom cover made for it. I've been looking for this particular model for a few years as it's a desirable hull for the Colorado river in Yuma AZ - good for shallow water basically - it's a "deck boat" - ton of room....but seeing people here ask 20k plus when they are 10 to 13k in Texas, I couldn't do it.
I'll take more pics of it next weekend when I have it out in Parker....but here's one and how my Bimini is...entire thing is in the shade. Cant wait for river season this year.

Actually did some wrenching today. Nothing too exciting, just pads/Rotors and an oil change on the Camry.
Bot aure what my fascination is with old Rotors I can't seem to throw them away.... like they will be the currency when the apocalypse comes or something....
