It’s no fun when something breaks on the dunes and it’s not available at the closest (or even much further) auto parts store. A big thanks to @parker@gearone for getting my parts shipped out before the UPS man arrived. He even took a last minute oh crap I forgot I needed some other parts call and got those parts in the same box before the brown truck showed up. Saved the trip. Thanks Parker!

I love when someone breaks something especially cv’s and I’m like want one I’ve got extras!!

Once with the VW buggy I carried an entire axle cv 2 cv. Had first timers out and we were way out with just some quads. Cv broke on the side of a dune (only time I’ve had one let go). Liked seeing everyone’s face of holy sheet what now. I let them panic for a bit. Then proceeded to switch it out and we were off in no time. They are still like how did that just happen in the middle of nowhere!!

Summer rides are fine till you break!!

What broke?
 
Yup parts break but good thing is during season you can usually find what you need at vendors or joe fab.

The downside is it does cost more but atleast you have the option to buy the item. It’s just funny how at times some will complain about the cost saying it’s a rip off etc. but the same ones will also cry if the parts weren’t available to buy too.

I have had to buy parts too or get a weld. But it happens and was glad to keep trip going. I have been to places that when you break you are done.

Glad we could keep you duning. Also great time to need a steering rack with the sale going on.
Also made the upgrade from STD rack to Super Rack💪
