Jimmy sent me some pics today. Love the frame work, tubing size and design. This is going to be a really nice car.

Looking good! What have these been finishing out at on wheelbase and width?

Thank you!! This is a passion for me! The goal is to provide an amazing product with awesome support and a bit more affordable price. I live and breathe sand / offroad.

Some back story….

Excited to announce a collaboration effort with AceCraft.Pro
to produce high quality sand and offroad cars! After 6 months of re-design
(of proven chassis) using the latest CAD software, we are now in production
of these CNC cut and bent machines. Countless hours have been spent
developing a package of components that are "standard stocking" items
available from vendors such as Kartek, Mckenzies and Race Ready. If
you choose to purchase a chassis and arm package, you will be given
a spreadsheet with part number/description for every part on this car.
This allows those who are home builders to assemble/build/prep this car
easily with readily available parts without needing machining or long special
orders.

What is considered a bit more affordable ? I know it's a loaded question dependent on drivetrain, etc. What motor/trans combo is this one getting ? Ball Park price when completed.

This is not a loaded question, it’s a great question.. with the MidnightAce Parts choice & availability was hard. My target was 150K (base turnkey) , but sacrificing dependability/safety IS NOT AN OPTION!!!

Beyond that ..

Will include :

Chassis and boxes 4130 arms /powder coat.
2” hollow 2 piston front
934 4piston midboard rear.
2.5 Fox IBP front
2.0 coil / 2.5 bypass / bump stop rear
Switchpro
Holly 6.86 dash
30 gal tank
Stu36 / Douglas beadlock
Full body / doors and powder coat
S4 w/ 10.4” Chevy clutch
Custom 525hp LS

THIS IS A VERY loaded car with quality and parts under 190.

A “ALL IN” 1500hp blown Albins car will be around 285-300.

This car will be at sand show. And will be making one other reveal at the Ramona off road show August 1.

I’m working on “packages” which will include

-Tabbed roller (WITH parts list)
- everything but motor/trans (perfect dropping your own stuff into)
- “base package” s4 with 525hp
- “all in” twin turbo or blower

Looks to be a badass car. Cant wait for more progress pics!

Whats the wheel base on this beast? Like the option for owners to be able to build.

Open to input? Awesome.

Fortin racks leak. 3 in our group and all leak. Set up bulkhead to have option for Howe rack.
I would do at least 3.0" bypass in the rear, or make sure chassis can handle that size as an option.
The Holley 6.86" dash is small and hard to see. I tried it and after 1 season, went to the big Holley dash.
Have the IBP shocks been proven out? I haven't seen too many cars with those in Glamis. Maybe incorporate seperate bypass in the front? I get it that is changing alot, but I would think about it.

Love the roller option, I like knowing everything about my car.

Chassis looks great. No tubes ending in the middle of another tube. Super stout.

thanks for the feedback.
I have been using fortin racks for years in many cars/configurations without any leaks. (The rack in my personal car is 15 years old. And seen 1000’s of miles of sand and dirt) They package well on this bulkhead.

Shocks- the 2.5 rear BP with a hydro bump is base. Chassis accommodates a 3.5”.
Front FOX IBP work well. Coil over with 3.0 bypass is an option.

Holly dash- again this is the base. Dash will accommodate any screen size.

Thank you

A new manufacturer in the hobby is great! I think you're shooting for a higher end desert car customer and not a sand car. That thing is way to heavy for a pure sand car but you do call it a dual sport. Best of luck on the venture. The frame looks stout, welds look good, fitment awesome.

"Sand Cars" most definitely have changed... and the days of under 500HP in full sized cars are numbered. With the higher power/torque and speed of modern LS packages, safety is our #1 concern. We began with a 1.5" / 1.25" chassis design and found there was only around 100# difference to make change to 1.75" / 1.5" and add a few additional tubes... This chassis is specifically DESIGNED for doors - not just doors added. We feel confident the 100# is well worth it. the complete tube chassis is under 400#

@Grease Monkey Yes, we do have some designs/concepts for this chassis. -- Will have to wait for the reveal!

Function and serviceability are two huge things we are not giving up in these builds.

At this point all bodywork is custom aluminum, so pretty much any desired look / design is possible!

Chassis looks awesome, and the specs so far sound great. When do you suspect to have one in the sand? interested in checking these out.
