info on buying a house on a golf course

Its gotta be like having a pool. Its nice at first but just not worth it in the long run.

I just finished my house build on the golf course in Arizona. It’s very peaceful, other than the 530 am wake up call from mowing the grass every other day. The 6 am golfer talking in-front of your windows how shitty his swing was to his buddy. All in all I would not change it for a thing. I have no HOA and a 1,300 sq ft garage, what more can a man ask for. My guess is the house would appraise for right around $425,000 in today’s market.

I tried to get the wife in the pool yesterday. The DREAM POOL. Nope.....too cold. It was 72* Perfect temp. Pools.....way overrated. Peace

we used to live @ the end of the red line.  there was a fence that caught most balls, but every once in a while we heard one bouncing around the patio.  only had to replace a couple of windows.....
