Not sure now but, check with the CA DMV before buying out of state. Even with "50 State emissions", CA used to fine you for bringing in vehicles from out of state. DMV looked for a "California emissions" sticker and if not, they fined you.
 
Dave smith you have to call them and get a hold of someone who’s got some juice there. They don’t have the best advertised prices but when you contact them they will give you better pricing. Their ram dealership would beat any price sheet you can get anywhere in the country. I would’ve gone up there had I not been close to the same price in Phoenix. It didn’t make the 1300 mile drive worth it over the 300 mile drive. The last 2 buying experiences I have had (Freeway Honda for a CRV hybrid and Larry H Miller for Ram) were the absolute BEST experiences I have ever had. They were transparent and super honest through text, email, and over the phone. It restored my faith in dealerships. The salesmen were awesome to work with.
