ICE ICE Baby

ICE fatal shooting of Alex Pretti was a major fuck up.

They shot him unnecessarily. I don't even care about him having CCW, ICU Nurse at the VA (He was probably a decent American) but I hate how that will be spun by politics, news, shitbags in general.

He died protecting some dumb liberal women who were at the scene, he seemed ok until they got shoved and he stepped in to help.

What a Shit-Show.
 
A lot of Shootings seem unnecessary after the fact.

The guy was a paid protestor, anti ICE, was basically causing Chaos for Law Enforcement. That being said, he shouldn't have been shot, but when you are physically touching Law Enforcement and you are carrying a loaded gun, you should take some responsibility for the end result. Anyone here that has their CCW permit, knows that the responsibility is even greater than the people that don't have the permit.

The Dems all up in arms about Jan 6th, I think what Walz has done is even worse, he has publicly come out and told the public to fight back.

But he also unnecessarily involved himself with police activity. While armed.

This is just more fuel on the fire, sadly.

100% - No argument on that, did not need to be there as he was. None of those people should have been there.

I'm soo glad the MN I saw when we went there for Travel Hockey was none of this BS going on.

Just cold ice and colder beers watching my boys play and fight on the ice RINK...
 
Maybe I'm thinking wrong..................If I was to protest ICE......I definitely would be carrying my Gun. Concealed License to Carry YES...........would I have carried during the protest......NO. Too crazy out there to be packing. Sucks for those involved. Peace
 
He shouldn't have been shot simply because he had a gun. If he was going for the gun then yes, graveyard dead is appropriate. I don't have the patience to sift through all the video analysis to determine if he was going for the gun or they took it from him and then shot him. These protests are stupid and every illegal alien should be deported. That being said, officer safety isn't more important than citizen's rights.

Protest, yes. But I highly doubt you'd scuffle with police while armed. Too easy to end up dead.

Shit's turned up to a million degrees. NFW I'd end up anywhere near that.

Hypothetically speaking....what do you suppose is gonna happen when the outcome of those 2 shooting investigations is announced. Because....anybody with half a brain is gonna look at the facts of the cases and the guys will be cleared.

The right to do his job and not get killed doing it. You bring a gun to a gun fight you stand a chance of getting shot. I am a ccw permit holder and would never interfere with Leo and not expect repercussions including being terminated. FA and you FO

Yeah, I thought that I was pretty clear when I said that if he was going for his gun they had every right to kill him.

However, there seems to be quite a few people that think if you have a gun, a law enforcement officer has the right to immediately take it from you in the name of “Officer Safety”. That’s bullshit.

I didn’t mean I think they have the right to take a gun from you in a normal situation but if you are interfering with them doing their job as in try to keep them from that job all bets are off. I agree it is bull shit in other circumstances. I wouldn’t take my firearm to a peaceful protest but I don’t see these situations as being that.

We are in agreement. That wasn’t a peaceful protest and he definitely was being flat out retarded in taking a gun there. Being legal and being wise are two different things.
 
Video out looks like the dead guys gun went off as the ICE guy was taking it away....the "first" shot, hence the "return" fire a split second later. As the Court has said, it is what is going thru the Officers minds at the time, not what we view later....He was combative and resisting....An officer or officers yelled gun, which is only done when a gun is found or seen on the dead guy, Now their senses go into overload, the gun goes off in the ICE guys hands....the other officers don't know that...again what is going on in their minds....At that split second, he is a threat.....and they fire.... A whole bunch of bad conditions added up to one dead guy. Can't really fault any of the officers......they did what they were trained and expected to do. The guy that took the gun didn't have time to tell everyone he secured the gun before it went off....My Main fault is with the Idiot with a gun who decided to engage the officers....Stupid Move and it ended badly for him, just like the car lady. People really need to mind their own fucking business.

And AGAIN if the Fucking stupid Democrat leaders would simply turn over the bad guys to Ice in the Jails.... 90% of this wouldn't be happening. Place the Blame on them.
