How was your 2021 Independance day weekend?

I had all the plans of relaxing but work just had to get done. Only side step to work was an unplanned BBQ at moms.  Made most of our clients happy as they were able to use their boats this weekend.  My time to shine and when winter comes around its our time to GTFO.

I need a dune trip :lol:

 
Hung with the Squatcher crew in Ocean side from Wednesday thru Sat and headed home for the 4th. Did not do much but sit around and be lazy.

I helped my son move from the SDSU area up to Costa Mesa.  He starts his new job later this month.  other than tweeking my back, smashing my elbow & twisting my knee, it was an awesome weekend.  LOL.  Everything worked out pretty well. 

Tried to get the calipers back on the buggy & get them all bled out, but the pads were hosed up so I took it apart again.  I should have looked, but assumed they were OK....

Trailer is all cleaned up & put away.  Visited my mom on Sunday & did other Honey-Do's Sunday & Monday.   

 
Was awesome.  Reconnected with old friends and ran into a bunch of people that I like, but hadn't seen since the 'rona started.  Hugs were in abundance, as were tequila shots . . .

 
Mine was off the hook. Had a great celebration on the third with probably the best fireworks display I’ve ever seen, played some golf, barbecued, drank bloody Mary’s, sang patriotic songs, listen to Johnny Cash, and watched the Godfather. I even got a nap in. It was awesome

 
Breakfast out at a restaurant that just reopened from the "Rona....Chile Rellanos are to die for.

Church had the Sr. Pastor (Just retired last year) hoped he was going to give his speech "Freedom"  - here it is anyways. Every 4th the US Services are honored.


"Lets not forget the price paid by those who served..." always a part of his services.

Watched Godfather series, BBQ and swam in the pool....beers.

What's up with that.... don't any of the men tell their women that they are not 20 something anymore?  It's really kid of sad...a woman's got to know her limitations.....

Guilty!!!  LOL!   You can't pass a train wreck without looking.    When the drunk dudes were screaming "show me your t---!" I yelled nice knees!

Monday on a holiday weekend is the best time to go out on the water.  Everyone else is packing up and heading home.
