Never had an issue from my Samsungs.  Just added files.  Computer even easier.  Drag photos into comment box

I know the I phones run a .HEIC file type..  maybe that's it?

.HEIC never worked for me. I had to go with the jpg or png files. Peace

It worked a few months ago I posted an entire thread of pictures with my phone. I did upgrade to an iPhone 15 within that time maybe the forum doesn’t like the new iOS. 

im guessing that’s what it is because my phone doesn’t work at all..   gonna have to fix that asap
