I have a customer that just bought a V6 turbo Honda project with DBW throttle and a fuel tech ECU. They are out of Vegas. I was wondering if any of you know someone that works with Fuel Tech ecus, tuning and or Honda that would want to take on a project like this??

Maybe have them reach out to Bret at PFI speed in Colorado. I know they are very fluent in fuel tech

Harvey from glamis fab just put a fuel tech in a j series. Duneaddict on the book of faces. He used to be on the board, does the EPS units. He did take it to PFI for tuning like mentioned above

Also, Darden in Santee knows his way around a FuelTech, recently used him for a subi that we put a FuelTech in

i dont know these guys or their contact info

if you could please provide, then i will pass it on to my customer

thanks

Fuel Tech has some of the best customer service around.

I did the FT training over the summer. In that course they mentioned having to send a DBW pedal in to them if it wasn't in the menu yet. They would verify it's I/Os and tell you how to make it work.

If the new owner is capable of connecting to the ECU, the FT guys will remote in to help.

Chances are this is a second Gen engine if DBW. They will probably have to walk them through setting up the Cam/Crank sensors too,

This is funny, because in all of that Harvey claimed he was the first to install one on a J in a sandcar. Doesn't look like it...
