Nah, I used the kiosk at my local gun shop Madison Armory. I’m dealing with the folks that run the kiosk, The Silencer Shop.
I think it’s one of those deals where once the process goes South it just picks up speed. E mails / voicemails galore.

I've used it a couple times my LGS and I recall it being pretty seam less.

Looks like shiz is coming around, the company has apologized and seems to have fixed it on their end.
I just ordered another can for my AR.
