Ingredients:
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • Carne or Pollo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 (4.5 oz) cans chopped green chilies, drained
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, Meat, 1 1/2 cups cheddar, sour cream, green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread into a baking dish or skillet.
  4. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Garnish and serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers.
